POLICY

A 50% non- refundable Deposit is required to book an appointment

Clients are required to make Full payment before services are delivered or before the start of a booked/ walk-in session.

(Drip, Make- Up, Lashes, Nails, Hair Installation etc...)

10 Minutes Delay/ Lateness will in- cure an extra R300

Delay/ Lateness passes 20 minutes will be automatically cancelled

Booked appoitments will be cancelled if time splits into another clients time.

Cancelling on the day of Appointment means NO REFUND.

Re-scheduling can be done 48 hours before your appointment

Full payment is required if bookings are less than 24 hours.
